Originally, tried to gouge me for $7K with off the wall suggestions and promises. Reviewed multiple proposals of all variables and settled on a promised installed working system which was installed incorrectly and would not work after numerous tries. Each time voluntering to make it right. To add insult to injury he was caught on my property attempting to retrieve his equipment. A I requested he remove the equipment which he did. My dispute with this Contractor guessing on the operational use. This system will not work with pixel phone..BEWARE now refuses to refund my payment after making up labor for costs. Drank my beer and ran.Update...as you can see he justified his actions with convoluted reasoning.
Called Steve in the morning and luckily he was in the vicinity of my home. He came over, assessed the situation with my lighting system wiring…… and made corrections. One hour and all done……AMEN. Can’t tell you how impressed I was with Steven Droppert and Gulf Moon Lightscape. Steve was very professional, clean and targeted the problem immediately. Gulf Moon Lightscape is now on my speed dial and should be on yours!!

Was able to come out next business day after I called. Explained pricing and options prior to repair, completed repair and followed up to make sure everything was satisfactory.
I was having trouble with part of landscape lighting so I called Gulf Moon Lightscape. I found them to be very professional and prompt. Steve gave me some good lighting options to consider in the future. I would recommend them for any landscape lighting projects.Just a follow up… I noticed part of our lights were not working again when we were here in Oct. Called Steven and he was out the next day and discovered a broken line. Fixed it promptly and made sure all cable wires were buried.They are a great company and easy to do business with.

They started the job on a Thursday and finished over the weekend, which is rare to see that level of service, especially with our crazy weather in South Florida. And we found a wi-fi time controller ( you can find it at Home Depot or Amazon for like $20 ) that worked with their exterior box that and everything runs by the sunset times automatically now. We did an estimate too, and it looks like it’ll only cost us around $25/year extra to run these LED lights.”
